Monte Horizonte - the Private Villas - Eco & Nature was a good retreat during my recent business trip. Nestled in serene countryside, the spacious, self-catering lodges provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation after a day of brewery explorations. Bert, our charming host, made us feel right at home with a warm welcome, and I particularly enjoyed the tranquil evenings spent on the furnished terrace, soaking in the garden views and the good bird chorus. While the accommodations were not luxurious, they were clean and comfortably basic, fitting well with the eco-friendly charm of the hotel. I'll always remember those peaceful morning walks and the occasional guided birdwatching excursion. I did feel the pricing was slightly on the higher side, considering the facilities, and the breakfast could have been a bit more varied. If you're seeking a peaceful nature escape with friendly vibes, this place has a lot to offer, just with room for some improvements.
